Webarly privacy

Privacy Policy

How Webarly limits customer data, service metadata, credentials, and proof artifacts.

Data Webarly collects

Webarly collects customer contact details, business/domain metadata, service request details, non-secret proof artifacts, membership status, and completion notes needed to deliver fixed-scope services.

Sensitive access

When access is needed, Webarly prefers temporary user invitations and provider-native access controls. Do not send passwords, API keys, tokens, card numbers, or bank credentials through normal forms or email.

Proof notes

Proof notes should describe the result without exposing secret values, mailbox contents, payment details, private customer data, or unnecessary logs.

Retention

Webarly keeps service metadata and proof notes for account history, while temporary exports, logs, or access materials should be minimized and removed when no longer needed.

Legal review note

This customer-facing copy is the current operational draft and should receive legal review before Webarly relies on it as final published privacy policy.
